Do you charge extra for any items?Yes. Due to restrictions and fees at the dumps within our service areas, the below items are transported with an extra fee. Mattresses, +$55 each Appliances, +$45 each Empty Propane Tanks, +$25 each Large Items, +$25 each Wood/Tree Debris Roofing Materials Rock Concrete Please contact us for an estimate for the transport of wood debris, roofing material, rock, and concrete.

Are there any items you cannot transport?Yes. Due to state and local regulations, there are certain items we are prohibited from transporting. For your safety and the safety of our team, please ensure that none of the below-listed items are placed into our trailers. Hazardous Materials Liquids Paint Products Batteries Gas/Fuel Containers Oil Products Tires Household Trash Extra fees will be charged if these items are located within our trailers including, but not limited to, additional disposal fees, hazardous waste fees, handling fees, cleaning fees, and damage fees.

Can I move a Dewy's trailer or transport the trailer to the dump myself?No; due to safety reasons and insurance restrictions, only Dewy's personnel are allowed to move one of our fleet trailers. The trailer will be locked and chocked by Dewy's personnel upon delivery.

What if I fill the trailer and still have items to add?Not to worry. If you have just a few items those can be transported in the bed of the Dewy's truck that picks up your rented trailer. Have more than that? We can bring another trailer to swap it out. There will be an additional rental fee.

Can Dewy's remove items from my house or business?Yes, Dewy's can. Please contact us to a custom quote for this service.

Can I climb into the trailer on top of items to pack them down?No, due to safety risks and insurance restrictions, customers of Dewy's should never climb atop items and try to pack them down.

I threw an item away by accident. Can I get it back?Unfortunately, once Dewy's personnel remove the trailer from your property you have released any ownership of the items disposed of. All trailers are immediately transported to the closest dump facility for disposal therefore Dewy's will be unable to retrieve any items mistakenly disposed of.

What if I cannot get an item in the trailer?Please contact Dewy's where we will offer a solution or an additional service to best suite your needs.
