Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION POLICY Upon entering into the Rental Contract Agreement, our customers commit to utilizing the services they have reserved through Dewy's Dump Trailers, LLC. In the event that a customer requires cancellation of the agreed-upon service, it is required to initiate the cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours preceding the scheduled delivery/rental start time. Customers who choose to cancel beyond the aforementioned forty-eight (48) hour window will incur an $80 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the amount refunded. RESTRICTED ITEMS POLICY Should any of the prohibited items (as listed under 'Item Restrictions') be discovered in our trailers, additional fees may apply. These fees encompass, but are not limited to, disposal fees, hazardous waste fees, handling fees, cleaning fees, and damage fees. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and compliant environment for everyone involved in the disposal process.
